Do not use this service!! The therapists are great but the scheduling and billing are completely subpar. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled and was waiting for my therapist to join. Ten minutes in and I get a text that it was rescheduled. Then I got another text for a different date to reschedule. I called to find out which appointment was correct and was assured I would not be charged for appointment. I was charged. Called billing, which you have to leave a message. My clinician, Diane Stein, has been a Godsend. She’s very professional, attentive, supportive, and compassionate. My only complaint is not getting a weekly hour call with her. Versus 20 mins every two weeks. However, that’s beyond her control. I feel like she’d give me an hour if she could. I’m so grateful for her. The road I’m on hasn’t been easy. Darrien is so caring and goes out of his way to make sure you are comfortable. He is also attentive. Diane is so sweet and pops in to check on me and asks me how I'm. doing.
