(4/17)I really wanted to come here..... I called and made an appointment a couple days ago for April 22nd for telehealth. Since then I've called back twice because I have not received any emails regarding an appointment. Not a confirmation. No HIPAA consent form. No information about what platform the telehealth will take place or how to join. It's rare to find a provider who truly wants to help, and not just a temporary fix.. but the long term cure or whatever else it might require to help that person through some of the most difficult times. MS. Diane Stein has been an amazing guiding light, trying to assist me with getting my mental health to a happy and healthy lifestyle again. Faith in humanity RESTORED. I am forever grateful for your kind heart & patience.
Extremely unprofessional office . I see there are other reviews about this behavior . I booked an appointment last week and was looking forward to getting some help . Suddenly I got a message my appointment was cancelled for no apparent reason . I logged on and filled out all paperwork and my insurance told me there was a $0 copay . Please be more communicative , you are working with a community of people who need help. Would never recommend this office to anyone

I'm going thru a very hard time in life right now and have been for awhile and I pushed myself to set an appointment and I'm glad I did , Diane is amazing and I enjoy talking to her ! No judgment at all , she is very supportive of me and my goals and trying to help me and she is genuine , no need for an office visit to get the help I need I can do it out of the comfort of my own place. I'm so happy for PsychPlus to be there for me.
