Do not use this service!! The therapists are great but the scheduling and billing are completely subpar. I had a telehealth appointment scheduled and was waiting for my therapist to join. Ten minutes in and I get a text that it was rescheduled. Then I got another text for a different date to reschedule. I called to find out which appointment was correct and was assured I would not be charged for appointment. I was charged. Called billing, which you have to leave a message. My clinician, Diane Stein, has been a Godsend. She’s very professional, attentive, supportive, and compassionate. My only complaint is not getting a weekly hour call with her. Versus 20 mins every two weeks. However, that’s beyond her control. I feel like she’d give me an hour if she could. I’m so grateful for her. The road I’m on hasn’t been easy.
