Find a local MD specialist. This is a corporation. You will deal with 1-800 numbers and mixed communication. I finally canceled after a month of trying to get my medications transfer after moving from another state. First visit, drug test and blood work, then rescheduled, then called to schedule a 3rd appointment with another psychiatrist, virtual, as he is actually the specialist and the lady I visited with was only a nurse practitioner and not licensed to prescribe my medication.
