My experience with Emy Horsey at Psychotherapy Partners was overall invalidating and unhelpful. I have no doubt Emy has worked successfully with many other clients whose neurotype and experiences better fit her work, this is my own experience. And some sessions were helpful. Pros: - Appreciated having a safe space to reflect on thoughts during a difficult time - Therapist was good at using mirroring to reframe my statements - Appreciated therapist's affect in sessions Cons: - Therapist brought up their spiritual beliefs in session as a fact and means to deal with my experiences.
