I have been a patient of Dr. Grady here for the past 3 years and have found her support, knowledge, and empathy to be exceptional. The availability of virtual appointments has been very helpful and accomodating.
It took some getting used to, switching from another practice. They use remote office workers, so communication with the "front desk" is something that needs some improvement. I'm not used to calling a Dr's office and sometimes getting an answering service. I've been enjoying the people I've been working with. Helpful, understanding, transparent. I appreciate the services offered, thank you Dr. Myers
