Marie is highly unprofessional for billing. I had reached out to reschedule an appointment way before the deadline and the counselor did not respond. The office then proceeds to bill me $150 for a missed visit. I then reach out to their billing office and the counselor tells me her boss (Marie) agrees to credit the missed visit. I then a few months later without any additional visits get told I will be charged $150 for the visit by Marie and that I need to pay for my missed session and their time is important.
