So I went to the Schwab today (Feb 17th) for bloodwork, and you all lost my blood. Not my results my actual blood. According to the nurse, the lab never received it. How in the world can that happen? Nobody has called me to explain what happened or what to do next.
Worst hospital ever, sent my husband home to die. if you value your life or your loved ones stay as far from this place as possible. 43 yrs old and wasn't given a chance. My 12 year old son is now without a father because they try to push everyone out the door for the next dollar.

My family has had multiple bad experiences with this hospital. My son broke his collarbone and was brought in by ambulance, the bone was sticking out and they put him in the waiting room hurting for over a hour. I was jumped, was covered in blood and mud, ambulance brought me in put me in waiting room for 2 hours I got sick of waiting so I left. had my grandbaby there yesterday the so called doctor in the ER. morning shift was horrible. she didn't pay attention to what my daughter was trying to explain to her about my grandbaby ...she said the fever was a community thing going around Today took her to her doctor SHE HAS PHenomena. not just a fever. and why does none responsed to these complaints why isnt nothing being done to this so called ER
