I spent several years with Jeff Lloyd and I can confidently say my life was made better knowing him. The patience, the kindness, the humor, the simplicity with which he approached my problems helped keep me grounded in a process I needed to help keep my head in straight. I am typically an over thinker and overly logical, Jeff helped me develop the tools and insight for me to be able to regulate my chaotic spiraling. He helped me help myself, thank you so much Jeff. Jeff Lloyd is not an LGBTQ+ friendly therapist. He discussed politics with my 11 year old son during their appointments and said terrible things to my son about my daughter who is LGBTQ+. As soon as I found out about his unprofessional behaviors I stopped sending my son to appointments with him.
Please consider this review as the strongest reference I can provide for Mr. Jeff Lloyd. My adolescent son has been seen by Mr. Jeff Lloyd for the last three months. Since my son began to seeing Mr. Lloyd on a weekly basis I saw an immediate improvement in my son's mental health. This has had a very positive impact on the relationship within the family unit. My husband and I have been working with Jeff on Gottman Therapy for the last 1.5 years. It’s been absolutely life changing. Our marriage is finally growing, allowing us to become the healthier version of “us” that I always knew we could be. My husband is learning how to listen better and to be more empathetic. Owner hasn't contacted me regarding a very unpleasant experience with an employee. She said something that was not correct. Wish the owner would call me so that I can play the recording of them saying what they did. Some people wouldn't be able to take the comment she said. I want it known how she treats some of your clients.
