RecommendedThe office is small and intimate. The girl at the desk is happy and helpful. The therapists care about the clients and are very helpful. Great place to get help!
Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Total waste of time. And the receptionists are rude.
terrible terrible office staff, fine if you can actually see the Dr. (in April) but office staff will make you jump thru INS loops- and in our case NOT return after 1 visit. Top it off INS claim turned in 3 mo later (July), at which time the co-pay changed, FSA card now suspended because payment dose NOT match EOB, now Oct still awaiting $80+ over charge to either be applied to FSA card or refund check.
As a prior associate of Psychological Consultants, I believe individuals and families can find no better organization in the southwestern Michigan region to obtain the necessary benefits from the top-notch mental health and substance abuse services provided by this group of experienced and competent professionals.
