Extremely bad customer service. Be very careful dealing with this business. They will charge you extra without you knowing. They will recommend repairs that are not needed, advertise low prices but will end up costing a lot more
I was referred to this company by my property management company at my job. They were billed as fair pricing, prompt service and courteous service. Let me tell you they far exceeded the referral. i called them out to give an estimate to repair a leaking pipe in my crawl space and they came out same day and met me and gave me a very fair price without charging for a service call.
