Had a very pleasant experience with a psychologist who showed a lot of care and professionalism.
VERY disappointing experience. PsychMatters runs their business in an incredibly inept way. My phone calls were mostly ignored, as were my continual requests to seek information about my son's appointments. Would NOT recommend.
I was a patient there from approximately 2014–2016, treated by Dr/Ms Rose Cantali for PTSD, anxiety and depression after a workplace incident. My treatment was directly linked to an unresolved workers’ compensation / medico-legal claim. Recently I asked the practice for my clinical file and records. They replied that Rose Cantali “no longer works as a psychologist at PsychMatters” and that my file was lawfully destroyed after 7 years. Never answer their phones and will not call u back. If ur made a appointment at 1 they wont see u until 1:30.
