Dr. Lorenzo was amazing! But the office staff is awful. They scheduled my follow up for Labor Day. And then late Friday afternoon informed me the office was closed on Labor Day. When I tried to reschedule I got no response. No one from the office reached out to reschedule me after they had scheduled me for a day the office was closed. I absolutely love the Jacksonville staff and have had such a positive experience with Mr. Brescia. He is incredibly personable, kind, and genuinely makes you feel comfortable. He has a way of creating an environment where it’s easy to open up and talk honestly without feeling judged. I really appreciate how attentive and understanding he is, and I always feel heard and respected during my appointments. I’m very grateful to have found such a great provider and would definitely recommend him.
