Dr. Black was great. Unfortunately, after verifying with the office both via my insurance and personally, and being told both on the phone and in writing that I was in-network, they billed me a full FOUR days after my appointment. And I am now being told I will need to pay another 186 dollars for my follow-up, as well. I have the text messages from THEIR office stating my insurance was verified and my co-pay is ZERO.
