They never answer the phone, will charge you for issues out of your control and that they were made aware of a week prior to the appointment. Yet they still set the appointment just in case and do not give a test to make sure the telehealth can work in the first place.
I am new to Psychiatry Associates. Dr. Tom Mogondo has been excellent. I felt heard by him and all of my problems were addressed. Thank you Psychiatry Associates!
Staff is very nice, understanding. Always felt off until I started seeing Tom, since then I have been feeling so much better, everyone has noticed a difference in me too. Thank you to the team.
