Just made a call here and the receptionist was not friendly or welcoming AT ALL. Working in this sort of field you should immediately make a new patient feel welcome and at ease. I felt everything but that when I was on the phone. I also let her know that there google information was incorrect. The number they have is to a carpet cleaner (who was actually much more friendly than the lady I just spoke with!) I had to find their number on the website.
