I had such a positive experience that I felt like it deserved to be shared. I am not even a patient at this office, but the receptionist took the time this morning, about 30 minutes out of her day, to help me figure out how to get the right support for my daughter. Honestly, most places just try to get you off the phone as quickly as possible, especially if you’re not an existing patient. But she did the opposite. Dr Reid has been an exceptional care provider for our family. The staff is incredibly helpful and go above and beyond anytime we have needed help with scheduling, RXs, or coordinating care. Getting the right treatment plan for mood or learning challenges can be a long and difficult process, but Dr Reid's personal attention to treating her patients and her staff's dedication to helping make the process as smooth as possible is best in class.

Very erratic and emotional. I feel like psychiatrists need to be a bit more able to emotionally regulate their emotions. Would not recommend at all, pay attention to the other 1 star reviews, I should have.

My son has worked with Dr. Reid for years. She is kind and caring, responsive to communication, and flexible and intentional in determining treatment.
