I have been a patient here for years and have had positive experiences with Yemi and Cesar. However, my recent experience with front-desk staff members Pedro and Roxana has been extremely concerning. I believe their actions have interfered with my ability to access my treating physicians and obtain medically necessary care. The providers are good but after coming back and seeing the staff change it really makes me question why I even came back. Roxanne’s attitude is sheer trash and only ever checks herself when a provider is out of office. She is rude and it is not the experience I was used to before. In the past I literally had my phone stolen from here and the provider of the practice paid to have it replaced. The main doctor is decent, but the other staff is useless. If you get telehealth for refills, a guy will call at any random time of day, spend two minutes to ask if you're good, then charge your copay. Then the office staff can't make up their mind about whether they can help me or not. Finally, I arrived for my appointment today, and was told as of TODAY, they don't take my insurance and will only refill my medicine if I pay $100. Do NOT take a chance on your health with this office. They clearly don't care if they are leav... read more
My daughter, Addalie, has been a patient with this practice for almost ten years. Yemi, Ruth(the old provider) and Cesar have always been exceptional. They are compassionate, knowledgeable, and have provided outstanding care, which is the reason we have remained patients for so long.
