Communication....so frustrating trying to get messages to provider Kate McCloud. Very dismissive to patient requests for medication change to a tried and proven effective medication and dosage.
If you are an adult woman seeking an autism diagnosis from Colleen Mortell, please go elsewhere. I waited 4 years to see her for an adult autism assessment because she is one of the only people who does this locally and accepts insurance. I had 3 appointments with her before she told me she wouldn't give me an autism assessment because I have a spouse, a Ph.D., and a full-time job, which apparently means i'm "too functional to be autistic". She operates under very outdated criteria for autism and doesn't seem to understand h... read more
Kate McLeod is a NP who in my view showed signs of corruption. My cousin received services from this NP and was belittled, and on top of that, overbilled thousands of dollars by the NP. Mental Health is a serious issue and should not be treated with this type of stigma.
