Very helpful and caring
This psychiatrist "office" is a joke. You can't get a hold of anyone when needed because there is no office, yet they charge an astronomical amount for a nurse practitioner who works out of her home. Charges were more than someone who actually has a PHD. The forms to fill out for new client are ridiculous, there are programs that make this easy but they don't bother to make this simple by using any such programs. Ms. Spangler doesn’t just prescribe pills as if they resolve all of our issues. Rather, she incorporates education, healthy lifestyle practices, and medication to help her clients address their challenges, grow, and heal. I had a truly horrific experience with this group - my 13 year old daughter who is recovering from life threatening anorexia was referred to them - we filled in the paperwork and waited - we actually had a very positive meeting with Dr. Spangler my daughter developed a trust and we were excited about being ongoing patience - a very big win for her —- then we got a weird email saying we should check with our insurance provider to find a better “fit” — this was all covered 100%. Didn't love this visit with Dr.Spangler. Got a lot of judgment about my choice of birth control which was totally irrelevant to the appointment. Not a lot of genuine concern behind addressing issues, search further.
