Used to have a Dr. I loved, but he left. The NP schedules time sensitive appointments, but they are routinely postponed by days or even weeks. Due to my NP's heavy accent, I have great difficulty understanding her on tele-health visits. They make it all but impossible to change practioners, much less see an actual Doctor as they have mostly Nurse-Practioners.
