As everytime I am to see Dr Mahendra Shah, I am greeted with most courtesy, received with kindness and made to be comfortable. I never have experienced long wait times
No chance to even meet a doctor, I called to reschedule due to a change in my household ( life happens) and they told me it’s a fee to reschedule, never heard of such a thing, to cancel- absolutely but to reschedule?, I wasn’t even given an option for same day/ different doctor nothing just a no from whomever answered the phone and had no patience for an explanation.
