Spent months waiting for an appointment that never came. My Dr sent in a referral, I was scheduled for a person months last that had not even officially started working for them. A month before my appointment they called to say she never took the job and they have no other therapists taking new customers. I am so put off by the lack of disregard for people's mental and emotional health. Its gross and goes a little beyond horrific customer service.
I've seen a couple of great, different counselors at this office on and off over the years. The staff is always professional and kind. Becasue of Coivd they have had retirements, and a turnover in staff, and are working to recruit new counselors and psychiatrists. There is a serious shortage of mental health services all over the valley. If you've tried to get counseling in the last year, you've experienced that. If you can get in here, it is a great place.
