I’m giving only three stars because I’m finally see a professional, Dr Engledowl, after having seen by James Jackson. James Jackson is unprofessional, unethical should not be allowed to work as assistant. He recently punished me by withholding a benzodiazepine because there had been some confusion about my appointment. This was about the 21st of August 2025. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. DeQuajia Cavaness. She is absolutely amazing. She truly listens, shows genuine compassion. For the first time, I feel like I’ve been correctly diagnosed, and the difference it’s made in my mental well-being is incredible. The staff here is also wonderful. I strongly advise avoiding James Jackson. I'm about to overshare my experience here but I feel it might help someone else. I’ve been quietly struggling on a non-stimulant for a long time, but due to the stigma around stimulants, I’ve always hesitated to ask about them.
