I can not say enough about this facility. I absolutely love everyone there from the front staff to the health professionals. Jennifer and Gabriel actually know me by name, and go above and beyond to help me. Mental illness is sometimes hard to understand, but all of them get it and care. I see Lonne and look forward to every visit. Thank you to everyone there. Terri Hampton

I’m giving only three stars because I’m finally see a professional, Dr Engledowl, after having seen by James Jackson. James Jackson is unprofessional, unethical should not be allowed to work as assistant. He recently punished me by withholding a benzodiazepine because there had been some confusion about my appointment. This was about the 21st of August 2025. In the meantime I called to get my prescriptions renewed all were filled except for the clonazopam (due on the 23d). After two days I called their office to get the benz... read more

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. DeQuajia Cavaness. She is absolutely amazing. She truly listens, shows genuine compassion. For the first time, I feel like I’ve been correctly diagnosed, and the difference it’s made in my mental well-being is incredible. The staff here is also wonderful. Gabe and Jennifer, in particular, have been so kind, welcoming, and supportive every step of the way. It makes such a difference walking into an office where you feel cared for and respected.
