I always have a great experience every time I go there. Doctors always listen and actually take there time.
I love this Dr. and staff .The Dr. Spends the right amount of time with me she never rushed me off. The staff is super helpful and friendly.They work hard at any questions you may have,and schedule appointments accordingly. Thank you Bay Area psychiatry.
I can not say enough about this facility. I absolutely love everyone there from the front staff to the health professionals. Jennifer and Gabriel actually know me by name, and go above and beyond to help me. Mental illness is sometimes hard to understand, but all of them get it and care. I’m giving only three stars because I’m finally see a professional, Dr Engledowl, after having seen by James Jackson. James Jackson is unprofessional, unethical should not be allowed to work as assistant. He recently punished me by withholding a benzodiazepine because there had been some confusion about my appointment. This was about the 21st of August 2025. In the meantime I called to get my prescriptions renewed all were filled except for the clonazopam (due on the 23d). After two days I called their office to get the benz... read more
