Never in my life have I encountered such a crappy place. Please do yourself a favor and never go there!! They have 0 empathy. New patient? You are screwed. Make you wait over an hr on their waiting room. Come in for your “appointment “ and they don’t have you scheduled. They won’t do refills on your medications even if it’s a medication you have been on for a while!! unless you go in person and if you have a crisis (family situation) and can’t come in for a week or so well too bad! Very difficult to find, multiple attempts at calling during business hours resulted in getting their after hours message line, didn't feel personal, and like they were just throwing meds. I did appreciate that they kept my appointment even though I was late, as I got lost looping the parking lot, but not worth my time. Too stressful.
My appointment was at 1:00, I'm a new patient, I knew I had paperwork, etc. so I didn't think anything of it when 1:45 rolled around and I was still waiting. After 2:15, I inquired about my appointment. I was told "she" would be with me soon. The doctor comes through the clinic, stops and talks to another patient and then asks the nurse if that patient had vitals done. When told no, she told her to do them because she was taking her back.
