My first ever interaction with this place was something else. The second I entered the place it somehow smelled like charred but also somehow rotting meat. Most of the staff I interacted with were nice but there were 2 female staff who were extremely rude and repeatedly interrupted me when answering their questions. One was a NP the other was a MD to my knowledge. The MD, She screamed in her quiet office just because I didn’t say a “yes or no” answer as my response when she never said to give a yes or no answer. Horrible. The doctor does not care about his patients. He’s very selective of who he wants to see. I’ve never seen so much discrimination towards my autistic brother in a doctors office. We had an appointment today and since my brother makes loud noises he decided he was going to send some other doctor we don’t know. Didn’t even stop in to see how my brother was doing. All he does is up the dose and never considers other options. He’s a horrible doctor.
Worst services ever!!! I went to this doctor office due to my husband passing away and I need to have something to help me sleep at night due to not sleeping and having nightmares, the doctor wanted to put me on Prozac didnt want to take that so they put me on zoloft and something to sleep at night....Good thing I never started taking either of those medications except the sleeping medication!!! Never in my life have I encountered such a crappy place. Please do yourself a favor and never go there!! They have 0 empathy. New patient? You are screwed. Make you wait over an hr on their waiting room. Come in for your “appointment “ and they don’t have you scheduled. They won’t do refills on your medications even if it’s a medication you have been on for a while!! unless you go in person and if you have a crisis (family situation) and can’t come in for a week or so well too bad!
