I honestly don’t understand how a psychiatric office can have such an unprofessional front desk. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been rude, dismissive, and lacking basic compassion. Instead of listening to patients, they interrupt, talk over you, and make you feel like you’re a burden for simply calling with a question.
