Anna Wright is wonderful, she takes her time, listens and genuinely cares about her patients. I highly recommend her!
I honestly don’t understand how a psychiatric office can have such an unprofessional front desk. Every interaction I’ve had with the staff has been rude, dismissive, and lacking basic compassion. Instead of listening to patients, they interrupt, talk over you, and make you feel like you’re a burden for simply calling with a question. Listen……..please take yourself elsewhere. I was referred to this place by a friend. I initially did the inquiry a week ago. I didn’t hear anything back so I decided to call. They do give you a prompt about it being about 48 hours before they call you. Mine was 72 with no call. I decided to call, spoke with somebody, gave them my info and for some reason, none of my info was input in the system from the first day that I had done the inquiry. It’s been over a week.
