Tell me why your psychitarists are allowed to cancel appointments with no notice. Causing me to call the office and cancel the appointment myself on the same day. Which counts as a tally against their three abrupt cancellation/no show policy. Whichc bars you from recieving their services entirely. On top of that if you are 10 minutes late to answer your phone appointment they mark you as a no show, but their psychitrists can call you up to 20 minutes after your appointment is scheduled. Dr Evans is highly skilled and wise in his profession. I've found him to be very patient with his patients! Charlotte, the coordinator is top notch in her profession. She is very gentle and thorough in her administration of the treatments. She does a lot, and goes the extra mile to assure that your treatments get scheduled in a timely manner, that they are as quiet, peaceful, effective, safe and comfortable as possible. 5 stars. Hands down.
Edited to add: If you are researching psychiatrists in Atlanta, read that response to my review carefully. It is utterly bizarre. They think by making a comparison to breaking a bone they have answered a former patient’s complaint, but it just further proves how awful they are. If you break a bone and can’t work, a doctor will help you with that. Also, that is nonsense about having to enter an intensive outpatient program to get paperwork filled out.
