Tell me why your psychitarists are allowed to cancel appointments with no notice. Causing me to call the office and cancel the appointment myself on the same day. Which counts as a tally against their three abrupt cancellation/no show policy. Whichc bars you from recieving their services entirely. On top of that if you are 10 minutes late to answer your phone appointment they mark you as a no show, but their psychitrists can call you up to 20 minutes after your appointment is scheduled.
