My son had 4 baby teeth that needed to be extracted. Dr. Jeff did an amazing job helping him feel comfortable and then extracting them.The roots were extremely long an they were difficult to remove. I wouldn't have trusted anyone else with this job and am so thankful for Dr. Jeff and his wonderful team!
Our family has been going to Dr. Jeff for close to 30 years. Love his entire practice and all the people who work there. Dr. Jeff is the best dentist ever, and now with Dr. Prettyman on board, they may be vying for that distinction. Both are really terrific, always interested and concerned, and always pain-free. Everybody who works there always acts like you're their most valued patient. If you have to go to the dentist, this is the best practice in Raleigh, bar none.
The environment is welcoming!!! You will find out standing service from room to room. I like Dr. Morrison's stories which creates a distraction from dental pain. I think thisi is a good tool to use for patients who fears a dental chair ! The staff excemplifies empathy and awesome listening skills!!!
I had a six-month check-up/cleaning. I arrived on time, was taken back in less than five minutes, Hygienist was fast and courteous. I scheduled my next visit from the chair and was on my way out in no time at all. Front staff was pleasant, and Michael makes me feel like a long-time friend. My visit--simply the best.

everyone at Dr Morrison's office is kind gentle and easy to talk with.. They listen even with your mouth wide open.. they try to guide you with direct, gentle instructions. Even if it is not what you want to hear, it is explained until you understand...no "just do what I tell you" always choices, direction and discussion.It is always a pleasure to see all the long time people who have worked there.

I started with Jeffs Dad 62 years ago and stayed with Jeff when Mac retired. This practice is outstanding. Not only do they provide superior dental care, they are also nice people who really are concerned about their patient's well being. You will be able to find no better in this area.
