This is by far the most unprofessional and backwards psychiatric practice that I have ever dealt with. He has gotten much more lackadaisical in his scheduling, it is not at all unusual to receive a call asking you to come in much earlier than scheduled because he has decided to go on vacation or take the rest of the day off.
