Working with the 'Intake' team during the on boarding process has been nothing but friendly and smooth (thank you Hayong L). My initial sessions with Dr. Elswick has been fantastic, informative, and extremely productive. Also, working with the 'Established Patient' admin team the entire time has been truly amazing (especially Alisha L, absolute 10/10!) They charge very high no show fees, I understand the providers time is very valuable but sometimes things come up and people forget. I’ve never been to a facility where it was this high.
