RecommendedHaving seen several psychiatrists through the years I was very happy when first meeting Dr Richmond several years ago. He is understanding, compassionate and truly loves what he does which shows in his patient care. To address someone’s complaint about the front desk. This has been a problem in the past and has since been resolved and even when there were issues it did not interfere with me getting any treatment I needed. I feel very fortunate to have found Dr Richmond and highly recommended him
I love Dr. Richmond and his staff. It's refreshing to find someone who listens, cares and - accepts insurance - here in Denver.
Once they see you, it will be unbelievably difficult to get back in touch with them. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I've had multiple negative experiences here and will not be back. Even my therapist has trouble getting in touch with anyone here, so at least I'm not the only one. I am talked to like a child and neither Jeffrey Richmond nor his nurse practitioner seem genuinely curious about my situation or goals regarding my mental health. They just want people in and out as fast as possible.
