When a patient is in distress it is a psychiatrist's job to help. Instead this doctor and their rude assistant dropped me as a client when I expressed such distress, and refused to prescribe my regular medication despite being in dire need. Do not use them. They do not care about your struggles. And they also drop clients after only 1 year, which is not even close to industry standard. Oh, and their scheduling system is awful. I can’t recommend this practice highly enough. They supported me through some very challenging chapters of my life and still do. I’m genuinely grateful for the level of care I receive here. My original provider for several years was the practice owner, Dr. Richmond, and he is exceptional.
