I've been calling for a week and they called me back one time when I was in a job interview so I couldn't answer. I've called 5 times this week all at different hours of the day and no one will pick up or respond to me voicemails. my mom swore by this place for years but during the hardest point in my life I can't even get ahold of them
When a patient is in distress it is a psychiatrist's job to help. Instead this doctor and their rude assistant dropped me as a client when I expressed such distress, and refused to prescribe my regular medication despite being in dire need. Do not use them. They do not care about your struggles. And they also drop clients after only 1 year, which is not even close to industry standard. Oh, and their scheduling system is awful.
