The staff were professional and impressive during the visit, and my child's testing. However, we are still waiting almost 4 months to get the report. We are going to have to do the psychological at another provider which is frustrating. My other child had her psychological done at a different provider, and received her results within a few days. I was told by a staff that they do not release the report until the insurance pays. However, I verified that payment was already made. I am very disappointed.
