I have been getting therapy from this place for a couple of years now and I love it. My therapist is so helpful. She asks the right questions to help me uncover things I never even knew were there. She's super empathetic and helps me gain confidence in myself. I've grown a lot in setting healthy boundaries and learning how to not take on so much weight. Not only do I leave my session feeling lighter, but with real actionable steps to move forward in my goals. Highly recommend this place!!
I have had an amazing experience so far! After sharing what I was looking for in a therapist, I was suggested/connected with one that suited my needs and struggles. As a supportive-housing service provider, we reached out to the Psych Company to deliver a group workshop to our clients centered around the understanding of emotions, with a particular focus around anger.
