Honestly I have no clue what the hell the front desk ladies problems are because they have been an issues for a while. They are rude and disrespectful. I've been going here forever now with jacienta as my doctor but ever since they moved locations and got new receptionists they have been hard to get a hold of and it's a fight every time. The doctors seem fine but the receptionist clearly hate their job and they make it everyone else's problem I'm just done with them and I know they won't get punished or this one impact them ... read more

I really love this office Dr. Noel Diao is really good. He is very professional but very caring he listens. I have been seeing him for over 2 years now and have never had a bad report or have heard anything negative about the office the staff is amazing and very helpful.

I’ve been coming here for over 3 years. I’ve had some issues in the past but nothing like this past week. My telehealth appointment was for Thursday at 10:45 am. I received a call the day prior telling me that they no longer take my insurance and the appt would be $100 if I wanted to be seen. I’m certain that knew prior to my appointment who would be impacted by the change when they made it, but they decided to not be proactive and reach out prior. Jacinta Cruz is AMAZING! She takes the time to listen and will work with me to make sure we find the best treatment plan possible. I have been a patient since 2019 after moving to Vegas. I can't reccommend her more! Office staff are kind and professional. They have assisted with pharmacy struggles and have remediated situations quickly! I have only had a good experience with PsyCare.
