I’ve been going here for several years now and I have to say the reviews that are posted here just don’t make sense to me. I never once had a problem getting my medication and every time I call I get through. Yes of course sometimes I have to call twice but that’s when they’re busy which is understandable. I have never had a doctor that was so caring, understanding, and humble. Horrible front desk staff, the receptionist Maria is extremely rude and will probably piss you off just speaking to her over the phone. Cuts people off, speaks in a condescending tone, and is overall not a good fit for a mental health facility.
Dr Petros and all staff and especially drs MA Sandy. I am a teacher and a brand ambassador model who 10 years ago was in a severe semi truck accident . I began pain management treatment and within years I suddenly stopped and it became a really huge nightmare relying on pain pills and I noticed the fact that as hard as it is to admit “ withdrawing “ and realizing my body depended on it. These people are clowns. Do not go there... we needed medical records for a different doctor snd they wouldn't give them to us unless we payed them 200.00 Our Dr. Eva, is a wonderful caring Dr. To bad her management team is in this business for the money only..
Horrible dump. Amitabh Singh, I cancelled my appointment after the first visit as he barely did a 20 minute assessment and thought he was going to practice his insurance fraud on me. He called me anyways and I fired him by phone, then he tried to steal money by sending another insurance claim to my insurance company.
Horrible. First off the Dr. I scheduled appt with they said does not go to this clinic. Then they could not find my appointment, turns out they spelled my last name wrong. While waiting, the tv played some show about foreplay and sex (Extremely unprofessional). I met with the Dr who did not listen to me, did not help me at all, just threw drugs at me. This place just makes you feel worse than you already did.
Wow. All I can say is wow. Avoid this place at all costs. They have a new nurse practitioner working there that goes by the name Gina (her real name is Jean-Marie Swaine). She works on behalf of Amitabh Singh as he is her boss. I was literally berated, verbally assaulted, threatened, and chased around the office by their new medical “professional.” I had to call the police on her.
