Cody, Nick and Team from PSW were amazing. On time, great to deal with and got the full installation of 22 panels, inverter and Battery done with professionalism and did not stop all day. (Sorry I didn’t get all your names but thank you all) I was nervous about choosing a solar company but I was put at ease from the beginning. No pushy sales and answered my MANY questions. I’m looking forward to lower bills and being able to see our usage on my app 😂 . Battery slim enough to fit in the garage too and an EV Charger for m... read more
From our very first conversation, PSW Energy stood out from every other company we spoke with. Tony genuinely listened to what we wanted, had an exceptional understanding of the products and technologies available, and provided advice that was on a completely different level to anyone else. The installation team was absolutely fantastic—professional, efficient, and they left everything spotless. The follow-up support has been excellent as well, giving us complete confidence in our investment. We absolutely love our new sys... read more
We are very happy with the new solar system and battery installation. The installation team were very helpful and professional in the installation. As our home is owner built and only a 5 degree roof pitch, it had some challenges, but they worked in with my husband to achieve the best installation. The follow up from PSW after a month of operation was appreciated. So far our system has been operating as expected and we have installed the app so we can monitor our battery. I recently had PSW in Perth install a full solar and battery system at my property, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. From Fraser right through to the installation team the communication was clear and consistent, I was always able to get someone on the phone if I needed to ask about anything. When it came to the install, the team arrived on time, and every part of the installation was completed with real attention to detail. The installers were professional, friendly, and took the time to walk ... read more
We were really impressed by how easy the process was to purchase and have our panels and battery installed. Although there was an initial 6 month wait from purchase to install, it was well worth it to use a local, reputable company. Their rates are competitive, although not the cheapest on the market, the little bit extra we paid was worth it for the peace of mind that they are a company who has been around for a long time. The communication has also been great. The installation was quick and the team that installed everyt... read more
