We just had panels and battery installed with PSW and have to say it was a great experience. What you pay is what you get. The installers were great to work with, polite and professional. They double checked with us on location for the panels and battery to ensure it was what we wanted. Even gave recommendations to where to put the battery. We ended up going with PSW after after looking at different options and packages from various retailers over the last 6 months. PSW offered the most competitive offer, and with their substantial warranty period for installation, we decided this was the best package for us. Thanks to Fraser from quotation to questions, explanations and great service, a big thanks. The 6kw solar system looks great with the black Jinko panels and black aluminum trimming. The installation was seamless with Tyler and the guys doing a wonderful job. Very professional and cleanup was great to explanation of the system. Careful positioning of the inverter was excellent. I’ve had positive experiences with PSW Energy before, which is why I approached them again for an upgrade. However, my recent interaction with the sales rep, Russel, wasn’t ideal. It often took up to two weeks to get a reply, and when I did, the responses were brief and focused more on sales than actually addressing my questions. I want to be clear that I have no issue with PSW Energy as a whole but the slow communication made it hard to move forward. The team at PSW communicated well kept me informed, and come installation time the install team were great and showed me through the whole system and how to use it and understand it. Great service from top to bottom. Plus they touch base after the install to let me know who to contact if there are any issues. Highly recommend.
