We were really impressed by how easy the process was to purchase and have our panels and battery installed. Although there was an initial 6 month wait from purchase to install, it was well worth it to use a local, reputable company. Their rates are competitive, although not the cheapest on the market, the little bit extra we paid was worth it for the peace of mind that they are a company who has been around for a long time. On the day I paid my deposit I was given an installation date. (2nd Dec 25) The installers arrived at 7am and by 1pm it was all go. A very neat installation. My son-in-law ordered a system from another company in the same week I did. After much changing dates it is finally being installed today 28th Apr 26! Thank you for your professional service
One word for PSW "fantastic". I booked in my solar and battery in november 2025 for installation in june 2026. Waited for 8 months but its worth it. Fraser was my point of contact who supported through the journey. The installation team was amazing and profeasional. It was emerge energy i think. Goerge was the lead installer who explained everthing in great detail and did the job very professionally. Thanks PSW for providing the best service.
From the day I received the quote, it was a seamless process. Front of office, tech support and install were fantastic. Highly recommend the team at PSW. Special thanks to Cody and his team for a brilliant install. All of the team were switched-on and did their jobs brilliantly. There was no mess to worry about and the handover process was fantastic.
