NEVER. GO. HERE. Very incompetent. All this office knows how to do is submit requests to insurance for drugs that have already been denied. Over and over and over. With no new documentation then they wonder why it keeps getting denied. They keep telling me once it's denied, they can submit to Dupixent but then it's denied and they sit on it and do nothing until they decide it needs to be sent to insurance again.
