Went to a CPA/Financial Advisor at this building - Carol Elizabeth. My parents used her for years. She is knowledgeable!
Members are super nice. They couldn’t get my test to work so I had to wait an hour and it still didn’t work. FAAs fault but it was a pain that even after waiting nothing got resolved.
Poor, poor, poor. Showed up for a Insurance exam that I had spent the whole week preparing for and 42 questions into the 160 question exam, the computer "timed out". Result? "Sorry, it is an offsite server error. You will be unable to complete the exam today and you will have to call in and reschedule". So where is the compensation for a) the 3 hours of my day that I just wasted going to the site, taking part of the exam and going home and also for b) the 20+ hours of study-time to prepare for the exam that will now go stale... read more
