At this time I am unfortunately not able to provide a better review, but I do hope that this is seen by the agency's leadership team especially since I was unable to directly speak with someone about the agency. When trying to refer a child and family to PSI's services, no one (answer the phones) could answer questions regarding the agency, and was greeted with non-therapeutic attitudes, and then hung up on. There needs to be better direction when obtaining information and ease of referring new clients.
Its a very very good place to be if you need help with your Mental issues. They will help you.
