I worked for this company as a debt collector. With no notice pay is frequently cut and changed, health insurance plans change and policies change. They are always changing your spot so that you don't make friends and just work all day without talking. The health insurance is horrible. Premiums are outrageous for this plan, especially if you have children. No dental is offered. We were frequently told the company isn't doing well and we need to cut pay.
