My son currently has psa as a nursing company and its ridiculous...nurses call out but nobody notifies you, they dont tell you if you will have a nurse or not and they do not have good communication like a professional business supposed to...my son has been with them for two years and they have went from worse to worse please find another nursing agency let PSA be your last resort some great nurses but im prepared to take that lost
Worst company that I could have evet left my child in the hands of. Nurses are unreliable and the company acts as if it's ok. There were two occasions where the nurse administeted my child's medication THREE hours lare and my breaking point was when I received a phone call that the NURSE let my 9 month old daughter fall on the floor and to make matters worse was that I wasn't notified until an hour later!!!. Sad thing is that these people are coming into our personal homes where we are supposed to feel the safest. So happy t... read more
