Erica is the best nurse. She always makes sure my mother has the supplies she needs. The care at Aveanna is beyond exceptional.
I rated them a two on a survey they sent me because they were calling me every single day. They always had issues with the prescription. I called the doctor and would get it fixed and the next month the same issue. The company was having major trouble with communication. They should have been the ones trying to fix it with the doctor every month since it was an issue on their end and not the customers problem .
