They act so weird suspicious this company. They seem racist.
I have been working for this company for about three years now. It is a great company to work for. They have vacation time after a year of working for Aveanna. There is a tuition reimbursement program that I have used to further my education. The management and supervisory staff are easy to deal with and get ahold of. They actually care about the staff and the clients that they care for. I would highly recommend it to work for a company with compassion and care for the clients we provide care for in the community we serve.
I love working for Aveanna, I worked for different home care companies and Aveanna has been the best. They are very organized and care about their employees. I remember when Covid just happened they suspected one of the family members from the house where I used to go to work was sick, my scheduler contacted immediately informed me of it and told me not to go until they get tested. I remember same thing happened with my other agency that I work for and this other agency told me to just wear a mask. Aveanna is where to go 💕
We started working with this company and the onboarding staff did not put out a sense of trust. We don't want our family member cared for by an up front mistrusting company.
