PS Property Management Inc selectively enforces the communities in which they manage. Violations reported against a rental property are handled immediately while reports against a homeowner or board members are often ignored completely.
They aren't responsive to questions.. I have contacted them 3 time in the last few weeks to get answers on a violation. I even stopped by the office... Never was contacted by anyone.. I think my HOA is wasting it's money on them....
This company is slow! Slow to repair broken faucets or pipes. Slow to remove abandoned vehicles that have been left in the same parking place for over a year. Slow to return phone calls. Slow to return emails. Slow to clean up terribly disgusting dumpster areas. Slow to stop people from dumping stuff illegally. This company is fast! I recently sold my house in the morning-side meadows edition in round rock tx. I was harassed to the extreme. every week I find myself in the ps property management office defending myself from trumped up charges that they would try to levy on my property. That Rick and Phyllis star is the worst that anyone could have to run a organization like this. Great changes in our community – I have seen some great changes since PS Property Management took over for Alliance Association Management. Alliance simply did not care about our community. PS Property Management has in just over a year fixed many issues we have had for years, and found more efficient ways to help run our community. Phyllis and her Senior management team has been great for Colonial Place.
Does Not Care for Our Neighborhood – Company needs to do a better job at monitoring and sending out notices to home owners in violation. I personally have contacted the company, the owner in fact regarding one specific violation. My written emails are then pushed over to the inspector who does not provide any update or response whatsoever. I have sent several correspondences of this issue over a 2 year period (yes 2 years!) and still - nothing - no results. Bad experience – We have lights out, a garbage can near the community BBQ filled with dog feces that is never emptied in 100 degree heat, and fences with paint peeling off of them. I also cannot seem to reach anyone. I have emailed them and get a one sentence response stating that the issue will be forwarded to someone else, then nothing back. Great Management company for our community! – I know normally people don't say too many positive things about their HOA Management company. I just wanted to take a second and say that I think PS Property Management company does a great job managing our community. They have a real person answer every call, no menus or hold times.
