PS Property Management Inc selectively enforces the communities in which they manage. Violations reported against a rental property are handled immediately while reports against a homeowner or board members are often ignored completely.

This company is slow! Slow to repair broken faucets or pipes. Slow to remove abandoned vehicles that have been left in the same parking place for over a year. Slow to return phone calls. Slow to return emails. Slow to clean up terribly disgusting dumpster areas. Slow to stop people from dumping stuff illegally. This company is fast!
