Pacific Property Management company, is a joke. My family and I lived in a apartment for 18months managed by this company and nothing was ever fixed or looked at when repairs were needed. They never respond to request for maintenance. Very, very unprofessional. We moved out early on January 23rd. And today is February 25th and they still have not returned security deposit. Oregon law is 31days to return tenants money. This management company is the absolute worse and I urge everyone to not rent from them.

Mandy Erickson at Pacific Property Management (whom apparently just changed her business name to Pacific Swan Properties on google) is THE worst property manager I have ever had to deal with. in the 18 months we lived in the property she "managed", she never returned one phone call. NOT ONE. 3 months into our tenancy we realized the heat in our living room didn't work. I left voicemails, emailed and even sent letters with our rent check about it and she never responded.
