Flying through PS LAX is always an experience on its own. From the moment you arrived, everything was seamless, private, and incredibly relaxing. The private suite was beautiful, spacious, and made the airport experience feel more like a luxury hotel than a terminal. Going downhill fast Used to be the whole point of PS: seamless, premium, no friction. This time, no one was there to meet us when we got off the plane. When we finally found someone they said they forgot the sign. The service is just laughable nowadays. Apparently this is a common occurrence now based on what I've heard from others. Something has clearly changed. The service that made PS great is gone. Won't be using again.

We arrived at the PS lounge with plenty of time before our flight, but from the moment we checked in, the experience felt rushed. The staff member who greeted us seemed very anxious about getting our bags loaded, and instead of feeling welcomed and relaxed, we felt pressured throughout our visit. Unfortunately, the biggest issue came after we landed. Our stroller had not been checked properly, so after a 10-hour flight we arrived without it. Used it 10 times and always INCREDIBLE service 10/10. This was the first time I had a bad experience. Arrived 100 minutes prior to flight to a lady frantically telling us our bags won’t make the flight. I said it’s 60 minute policy and she said that PS has to drive the bags. I said okay you have 40 minutes to do that… she said likely bags won’t make it. She caused crazy anxiety to whole group her anxiety fed off on others. Of course the bags ended up making it fine.
