I am so happy that i found palak... i went for eyebrow shaping and makeup service for my anniversary. She did amazing job in makeup and delivered most dewy and natural makeup look... just what i wanted I highly recommend her
She was recommended to me. This lady doesn’t know basic manners and is incapable of communicating in a professional manner. She doesn’t smile hello, mutters a greeting and does not wash her hands before working. And her little stand in the corner looks like it doesn’t get cleaned or dusted or anything very frequently. The only good thing about her is that she does her job well so she gets two stars. But I’m not going back to her.

Very disappointed and do not recommend. I got my eyebrows threaded here a few weeks ago and while the shape was good, I was shocked by the lack of hygiene. She didn’t wash her hands before she started. She immediately started threading after greeting me. There was zero skin prep. She didn’t wipe the area to be threaded which had makeup. She didn’t put aloe or a soothing cream after she was done. The tweezers she used weren’t sanitized. Palak is incredibly talented at what she does. I've been getting my eyebrows done by her for a while now, and I honestly can't imagine going to anyone else. It's always worth the trip! Recommend her if you’re around the Lakeshore/Fort York area.
