All the staff are fantastic, from the front desk to the vet techs to the vets themselves. Since we moved to New Orleans in 2012, we wouldn't take our dog Abby anywhere else!
I love Dr. Nathan, she is the reason I come to Prytania Vet. I feel that she truly cares about my dogs and gives me every possibility/reason/idea/ect about what to do and how to best take care of my dogs! She is the nicest person and always takes her time with every appointment that I have with her. I appreciate her care and thoughtfullness that she always gives!

Not only is everyone is friendly and happy to see our dog, but they take their time with you in the exam rooms and explain everything. Very patient and thorough.

When I first moved to New Orleans from New York City it was difficult to find anything because it was immediately after Katrina. We went to a different Vet who was not at all what we had hoped for and after asking around we came to Prytannia. I knew immediately that the care was top notch and even though we did lose our dear Lucy, we now take our new doggie and my son and his wife take their two rescues. We are very happy with the level of care, the cleanliness and the courtesy of the staff!
Dr. Nancy Nathan! She has been with me through three dogs and if she had not come back after Katrina, I have no doubt that I would never have had the last few years I had with Susie May. She is the most compassionate human being I know and I thank God that she is here to take the best care of my precious Gracie.
I worked for an animal hospital for many years and when I moved to New Orleans I was not happy with the first few places I brought my dog. When we found Prytania Veterinary Hospital we were so happy! Seven years later I highly recommend Prytania for any pet owner. We've seen both Dr. B and Dr. Nathan and both are great. Everyone at Prytania is kind, helpful and knowledgeable!
