A very professional and efficiant medical team of doctors and technicians. Always prepared to answer your questions and help you whenever necessary. Those working at the front desk or answering phones are always very personalble and kind. Dr. Ghere is always my go to man but all the doctors are as professional and trustworthy.
Dr. Nathan and the entire staff at Prytania Veterinary Hospital are so wonderful and caring. We went through a huge scare with my Buddy getting hemolytic anemia (was told by another hospital that he had a 50/50 chance surviving!) but Dr. Nathan and the staff helped us get through the traumatic ordeal with their thoughtful approach to his care and their remarkable empathy.
My baby is the little fawn Chihuahua in the recent photo on this page with her newborn puppies. On Friday May 12th she went into labor and had complications having the very 1st puppy. We called ahead and informed them that we were on our way. They basically met us at the door and said "is this Kaylee" ? They immediately took her back and began preparing to help her deliver. Hand's down the best experience I have ever had with a veterinary hospital or veterinary clinic in general. They saved all 4 of our babies lives, after they all 4 accidentally got ahold of rat poison, that we assume one of the mice dragged through under the fence through the shed and into the yard. (apparently one got ahold of it and they all thought it was a treat). Dr. Nathan always remembers me and my boys. She really makes me feel like a valued customer as she recalls stories from my first visit, and asks about things that we've previously discussed (and I've seen other doctors between our visits with her just due to scheduling). I am always amazed at the cleanliness of the office and attentiveness of the staff.
I can not say enough good things about Prytania Vet!! The staff and Dr. Ghere are amazing. Always smiling and always ready to answer my many questions. I have 5 dogs and a cat and they know each one and take the time to love them all.
