I got my nose done by someone inexperienced at a tattoo shop. It was horrible. I was in pain right away and for the following week I had it in before I got it taken out due to rejection and the beginning of infection. I came to Prysm and the pain was seriously minimal. My eye watered when he did it and I've had it just over 2 months now with NO pain unless it gets caught on things. I never realized what a difference it would make!
This was my daughter’s first experience getting pierced and he did an excellent job talking her through everything step by step. My mother was also with us. She works in surgery and she was impressed by the care that was taken to maintain a sanitary environment. We will definitely recommend Prysm!
They've been nice and helpful every visit. Excellent options for jewelry and piercing types. Very clean and professional shop. Knowledgeable and friendly staff.
My partner and I were just in two days in a row: once for new piercings and then for new jewelry for existing piercings. The staff were so helpful explaining options for customization and even inserted the new jewelry for us. I also got my old septum ring that I had done there a few years ago re-anodized and it looks just like new! � I'm so glad I came to Prysm again; I won't be going anywhere else for future work.
I wish I could remember the names of the front desk lady and the guy who pierced me but they both were super helpful and professional!!! Can’t say enough awesome stuff about them! I’ll definitely be back!

Amazing professionalism, but still made us feel relaxed and comfortable. Took my 5-year-old here for her birthday, and our consultation with Nate was a good prep for the event. A bit spendy, but worth every penny. Nate is great with kids, and Rob has cultivated a top-notch shop. We'll be back!
This was my first time at this establishment and I have to say it was an amazing experience. I couldn’t have asked for a better environment. Jacob was very personable and helpful. He explained everything thoroughly and cared about my vision for my piercings. They look FANTASTIC and I will most definitely be back for more in the future �
