I would like to say from start to finish the whole experience was amazing! Jacob took the time to go over jewelry options. He was very thorough with what was going to happen and what may have discomforts. My sister and I were very happy with our new septum piercings!! It was the best day ever for us. RecommendedI had my first piercing experience. All of the staff was very patient and helpful. Jacob who did the piercing was diligent and kind. I don't think you will find a better experience else where.

I went in with a few questions and a lot of nerves about possibly getting my septum pierced. Rob was amazing, and answered all my questions knowledgeably in a way that was easily understandable. He helped me pick out the perfect jewelry and placed it beautifully. I will be back for any future piercing needs. Highly recommended.

My friend and I had a bad experience at another establishment and we came in with our sob stories. Lily and Nate were very sweet and sympathetic. Nate anodized (fun new words) my jewelry and helped to fix the piercing drama. Forever grateful and now a Prysm patron forever!
