Watch very carefully, I was relieved of at least 5 pieces of jewelry. I will be making a police report. The tech was Eric Hartwick. He was unclogging the two bathroom sinks and the the tubs. While he was in the secondary bathroom which is right outside of my bedroom. I have waited to make this public as I tore my bedroom apart looking for my jewelry. Stand and watch the tech closely. He did clean the drains
This was our first time using Pruitts plumbing and we are very impressed! The customer service is very nice and Brent, the one who came out to address the issue we were having knew exactly what to do and was very courteous and respectful. We will recommend them and will use them in the future if needed.
Put in a claim with our home warranty because of a leak under kitchen sink and Pruitts called me immediately. Kitchen faucet was also loose and not stable. Home warranty did not cover loose faucet but replaced it anyway. Brent Rigsby service tech came out and fixed leak under sink in 15 minutes. Also ordered a new faucet and came back and replaced kitchen faucet in no time. Brent was very knowledgeable nd a most pleasant young man.
